Compensation

• Weekly Pay: $1,800 – $2,000
• Annual Equivalent: $93,600 – $104,000
• Base Pay: $0.75 CPM
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop
• Sign-On Bonus: $4,000
• Orientation Pay: $300
• Performance Bonus: Based on safety, mileage, and on-time delivery

Job Details

• Home Time: Home every weekend (34-hour reset)
• Schedule: Out Monday – Friday, reset at home
• Freight: Mix of mileage + stop-based deliveries
• Trailer Type: Dry Van
• Equipment: 2022–2024 Freightliner Cascadia
• Miles: 2,000+ per week
• Operating Area: Midwest regional (IL and surrounding states)
• Stops: 6–10 stops per load (varies by route)
• Freight Type: 100% No-Touch

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class A tractor-trailer
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license
• 3 months of experience preferred (recent graduates accepted)
• Ability to handle regional routes and delivery schedules
• Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen
