Pay & Compensation

• Starting Pay: $0.65 CPM
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,300 – $1,600+
• Annual Earnings: $85,000+
• Productivity-based bonus opportunities

• Sign on Bonus: $1,000

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Weekly
• Day and night shifts available
• Work schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off
• Consistent holiday time off

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Open to recent CDL graduates (no experience required)
• Minimum 3 months experience needed for dedicated lane
• Training will be provided for new CDL holders
• Clean driving record and background

Freight Details

• 1–5 stops per load
• Average of ~18 stops per week
• 3–4 loads per week
• Approximately 25% backhaul freight

Equipment

• Freightliner & International tractors
• Manual and automatic transmissions available
• 53’ dry van trailers
• About 50% equipped with APUs
• No slip seating
• Option to take truck home

Policies

• Rider policy available
• Pet policy available
• No owner-operators
• No hiring for ages 18–20 (intrastate not available)
