Job description

• Eastern Regional Fleet based out of Spotsylvania, VA
• Lanes covering the Eastern United States
• Guaranteed home time every weekend with a full DOT-compliant reset
• No prior over-the-road experience necessary
• Dry van operation with 100% no-touch freight and 80% drop-and-hook

Pay

• Starting rate of $0.55 per mile
• Estimated weekly earnings of $1,600-$2,100 based on miles driven
• Monthly safety and performance bonus

Freight and volume

• 100% no-touch freight - no loading or unloading required
• 80% drop-and-hook loads for faster turns and less wait time
• Dry van loads exclusively

Equipment and services

• Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors
• Electronic logging devices installed on all units with full hours-of-service compliance
• Around-the-clock operational support, seven days a week

Requirements and responsibilities

• Valid Class A CDL issued in the United States
• No prior driving experience required - recent graduates from accredited CDL programs are encouraged to apply
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate in interstate commerce
• Must hold a current DOT medical examiner's certificate and pass a DOT physical examination prior to start date
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Clean motor vehicle record required - no DUI or DWI within the past 10 years and no more than two moving violations within the past three years
• Must reside within the regional operating area
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
• Strong commitment to on-time pickup and delivery performance
• Thorough completion of pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Accurate maintenance of driver logs and all required documentation
• Full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and company policies and standards
