We are hiring CDL-A drivers for our Eastern Regional fleet out of Gary,IN. You will run dry van freight up and down the Eastern Seaboard — consistent miles, familiar lanes, and a full benefits package from day one. Recent CDL graduates are welcome — no prior driving experience required beyond your CDL-A certification.

PAY$BENEFITS
- Starting pay: $0.60-$0.72 CPM (0–11 months of experience)
- Stop pay: $25.00 per stop
- Average weekly gross: $1,500–$1,600
- Annual earnings: $78,000–$90,000

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Clean driving record (minor violations acceptable)
- No SAP participation or DUI history
- No endorsements required — new CDL graduates welcome
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a dry van tractor-trailer on assigned regional routes
- Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate electronic logs using an ELD system
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip progress
