We are currently looking for CDL A drivers located in Stockton, California to join a stable Western regional Fleet position. This role is an great chance for newly licensed drivers who graduated from their trucking school or those beginning their trucking career who want dependable freight, steady weekly income, and modern equipment while operating on organized regional routes throughout the Western states.

Drivers will haul dry van freight on established lanes designed to maintain consistent miles and minimize downtime while providing predictable scheduling.

Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer across assigned Western regional routes
• Transport dry van freight while meeting scheduled delivery times
• Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and required shipping documentation
• Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding load status and routing updates
• Ensure freight is properly secured before transport
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards

Pay & Home Time

• Average weekly earnings of $1,300 – $1,500
• Home every two weeks/weekly, with additional home time options depending on experience
• Weekly pay through direct deposit
• Orientation and onboarding expenses fully covered

Driver Requirements

• Must have valid Class A CDL required
• No prior experience required — recent CDL school graduates are welcome
• Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices
• Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and electronic logging systems
• Ability to manage regional routes and schedules responsibly
