Overview

Drivers based near Fremont who recently earned their CDL-A can begin building experience on a structured OTR fleet. This position runs consistent freight across the western and central regions with organized dispatch and dependable weekly miles.

Weekly Earnings & Miles

• $1,400 - $1,800 weekly (depending on experience and performance)
• Average 2,500-3,000 miles per week
• Weekly direct deposit
• Additional safety and performance incentives

Freight Details

• Dry van equipment
• 100% no-touch freight
• Combination of drop & hook and live load/unload
• Late-model tractors with regular maintenance

Route Structure

• OTR routes across multiple states
• 2 weeks out on the road followed by home time reset
• Dispatch support available throughout each trip

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license
• At least 21 years of age
• No prior experience required (recent graduates welcome)
• Willingness to stay out on the road for two weeks at a time
• Safety-focused mindset and professional attitude
• Must meet DOT and company standards
