Job Description:
We are seeking a NOC Civil Engineer with strong experience in Dubai Municipality (DM) submissions and approvals. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in coordinating with authorities and consultants to secure NOCs for civil and infrastructure projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on NOC applications with Dubai Municipality and relevant authorities
• Coordinate with DM, RTA, DEWA, Etisalat, Du, and other stakeholders
• Review civil drawings and documents to ensure compliance with DM regulations
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and government departments
• Track approval status and resolve authority comments efficiently
• Ensure timely approvals to support project schedules

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in NOC submissions
• Hands-on experience with Dubai Municipality systems and procedures
• Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and regulations
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple submissions

Preferred:

• Experience in infrastructure, roads, utilities, and building projects
• Familiarity with online DM submission portals
• Immediate availability is a plus
