Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our Construction Company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all government-related procedures, ensuring compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and status changes for employees
• Manage labour contracts, work permits, Emirates ID, medical tests, and insurance documentation
• Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, Dubai Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, and other government entities
• Process trade license renewals, company registrations, and approvals
• Ensure timely submission of government-related documents and compliance with UAE laws
• Maintain accurate records of employee and company documentation
• Coordinate with HR and management for employee onboarding and offboarding
• Resolve issues related to visas, labor disputes, and government approvals
• Stay updated with changes in UAE labor and immigration laws

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of PRO experience in a Construction Company in the UAE
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government portals Like Nakhleel, Emaar, DEWA,RTA , Tarkheez
• Strong relationships with UAE government departments
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
