Job Description

MISPL Telecom, a rapidly growing Internet Service Provider (ISP), is seeking a skilled and dedicated NOC Engineer to join our Network Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and ensure continuous uptime
• Diagnose and resolve network and system issues in real time
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers and switches (Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik)
• Coordinate with customer support, field teams, and vendors during incidents
• Prepare incident reports and maintain proper documentation
• Escalate critical issues to senior technical teams when required

Required Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, IPv6, and SNMP
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Mikrotik devices
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Wireshark, PRTG, MRTG, and Zelpro
• Basic Linux administration and Windows Server knowledge
• Understanding of VMware ESXi and cloud networking
• Ability to automate tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and DDoS mitigation
