NOC Engineer / Coordinator - Infra

We are hiring an experienced NOC Engineer / NOC Coordinator to handle authority approvals and No Objection Certificate (NOC) processes for infrastructure projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will coordinate with various government authorities and utility agencies to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply for and follow up on NOCs from relevant authorities (roads, utilities, municipalities, etc.)
• Coordinate with DEWA, Etisalat, DU, RTA, Municipality, and other agencies
• Review project drawings for submission and approval compliance
• Track NOC status and ensure timely approvals
• Liaise with design, engineering, and site teams for clarification and updates
• Maintain records of all submissions, approvals, and correspondence
• Resolve authority comments and resubmission requirements
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5–7 years UAE experience in NOC / authority coordination (infrastructure preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority approval processes
• Familiarity with infrastructure works (roads, utilities, drainage, etc.)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and documentation control

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
