Job Summary:

We are hiring a NOC Executive to monitor and manage telecom network operations. The candidate will be responsible for network monitoring, fault detection, troubleshooting, and coordination with field teams to ensure minimum downtime and SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor network alarms and performance parameters.
• Perform L1 troubleshooting for transmission, RF, power, and fiber networks.
• Escalate critical issues to higher support teams.
• Coordinate with field engineers for fault resolution.
• Maintain incident reports and documentation.
• Work in 24x7 rotational shifts.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of telecom network architecture and IP networking.
• Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,668.72 - ₹16,000.00 per month
