NOC Operator

We’re looking for a hands-on, computer-proficient, fast-learning, and flexible professional to join our team. This role is more than a NOC operator—you will monitor systems, answer trouble tickets, provide technical support, assist with logistics, and help keep our facility professional and organized. The positions are Ideal for someone passionate about satellite communications, broadcasting, streaming operations, and that can adapt to changing schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor broadcast and technical facilities.
• Respond to trouble tickets and provide technical support to internal teams and customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Execute playlists, program logs, and ensure media quality control.
• Install and configure computers and operating systems.
• Assist with logistics, event scheduling, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and a professional, organized facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be available to work at least weekends and holidays.
• Background in networking, telecom, broadcasting, IT, or related industries preferred.

Pluses:

• Basic Knowledge of IP networking and related technologies.
• Experience with satellite communications.
• Competent using a spectrum analyzer.
• An associate degree or better in a technical field, particularly related to IT, computer science, engineering, telecommunications and/or relevant proven experience.
