Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Medford, Oregon
Pay Range: $21–$24 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time shifts available 12 Hour shifts

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a memory care setting
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents
• Collaborate with nurses, families, and other team members to ensure quality care

Requirements:

• Current Oregon CNA certification
• Previous experience in memory care or senior living preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for elder care
