Job Title: Node.js Developer

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Experience: 1.5 to 2 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 10 Days

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Node.js technologies.
• Design and implement secure, highly available RESTful APIs.
• Implement security measures including token-based authentication (JWT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Perform application performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, unit testing, and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Node.js and related technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Primary: Node.js, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Strong experience in developing scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Understanding of authentication protocols (SSO, JWT).
• Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring applications.
• Familiarity with AWS for messaging and queue management is a plus.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of overall coding experience.
• At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Proven experience working with Agile development methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Self-motivated and able to own and drive tasks independently.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to present ideas effectively.
• Ability to influence technical decisions and share knowledge to improve team productivity.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
