INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE (in House - Tamarac, FL)

At the Law Offices of E.F. Robinson, P.A., we don’t just handle divorces, estate plans, or other family law issues, we help professionals turn the page in their Book of Life with compassion and clarity. We’re looking for a talented Inbound Sales Representative who is ready to do meaningful work every day.

We’re a mission-driven family law firm, and we’re expanding our Intake & Sales Team with someone who believes in selling with soul and connecting with clients in their most vulnerable moments—with strength and grace.

What You’ll Do

- Connect with potential new clients (PNCs) as the first voice they hear when they reach out for help.

- Spend time understanding their fears, goals, and motivations to offer a thoughtful, compassionate response.

- Paint a picture of the future they deserve and help them feel confident in saying yes to professional legal support.

- Follow up with individuals who aren’t ready to move forward immediately—because sometimes courage takes time.

- Convert leads into booked consultations and retained clients by demonstrating the real value of what we offer.

- Maintain accurate records in our CRM, monitor lead progress, and support a seamless handoff to the legal team.

What You Will Not Do

- You will not be expected to cold call or prospect for leads. All leads are inbound and have reached out for help.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You

- View sales as a calling and a form of service, not just a transaction.

- Know how to build trust, listen actively, and overcome objections with confidence and care.

- Are mission-aligned and motivated to make a difference in people’s lives.

- Have at least two years of experience in sales or intake (legal, financial services, or high-trust fields preferred).

- Are organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).

- Are bilingual (Spanish or Haitian Creole preferred but not required).

- Want a hybrid position with a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Compensation and Benefits

- Starting salary: $50,000 base

- Uncapped performance-based bonuses with total expected compensation exceeding six figures annually
