Non-CDL Pickup Truck & Trailer Driver

New England Spas is looking for a reliable Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. This role will begin as a backup driver, assisting our delivery team and gaining hands-on experience with spa and sauna deliveries. As you learn the process and demonstrate reliability, there is opportunity to grow into a primary driver role and take on additional responsibilities.

This position involves driving a Ford F-350 with a 24-ft flatbed trailer to deliver and install hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas (heavy lifting required). This is a full-time, year-round position based out of our operations center in Westborough, MA, with deliveries throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with and perform deliveries of hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas
• Safely operate a truck and trailer during deliveries and installations
• Participate in the setup and installation process (heavy lifting required)
• Ensure all products and equipment are loaded before leaving the warehouse
• Perform basic maintenance checks on company vehicles
• Work closely with the delivery team to provide an excellent customer experience
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as needed

Requirements:

• No CDL required – valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Must pass a background check (license check & CORI)
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
• Experience towing trailers, boats, or campers is a plus
• Landscaping or carpentry experience is helpful (we install sauna bases and crushed stone hot tub pads) but not required
