Responsibilities

• PerformX-Ray Inspection and able to locate and identify defects
• PerformDye Penetrant Inspection and able to locate and identify defects
• PerformEddy Current inspection and able to locate and identify defects
• PerformUltra Sonic Inspection and able to locate and identify defects
• PerformMagnetic Particle Inspection and able to locate and identify defects
• PerformSpectrometric Oil Analysis Inspection and able to locate and identify defects
• UseAGE and Non-Powered AGE Equipment
• Documentmaintenance records and historical data files as required
• Research,Order and Receive Parts
• PerformsOT training with assigned trainees as required
• Use applicableTest Equipment

Requirements

• Knowledgeof OJT Training and Documentation
• WorkingKnowledge of Technical Orders, Maintenance Manuals and IPB's
• Knowledgeof X-Ray, Magnetic Particle, Dye Penetrated, Ultrasonic and Eddy currentMethods and Procedures
• Knowledgeof X-Ray Exposure Limits
• Knowledge of Spectrometric Oil Analysis Policies and Procedures
