Non-Emergency Medical Driver - Lake

ENGLISH: We are a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company operating in Florida, with services currently available in select counties – Our excellent team of drivers provides a daily, safe, and comfortable service dedicated to transporting members who attend their medical appointments: taking them from their houses to their appointments.

Requirements:

• 4-door vehicle (sedan or SUV).
• Florida Driver's License.
• Commercial Full Coverage Insurance.
• Florida Vehicle Registration.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Background Check.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid, Defensive Driving and Passenger Assistance. (The respective courses are the responsibility of the driver and must be sent during the application process)
• Drug Test with NEGATIVE results.
• Medical Screening Certification approved (DOT)

The company will assume the cost of the following necessary documents: Background Check, Motor Vehicle Record, Drug Test and Medical Screening Certification (DOT).

Payment Rates:

• Trips 0 – 3 miles (including no-shows) = $8
• Trips from 4 – 7 miles = $10
• Trips of 8 – 10 miles = $12
• Trips 11 miles and over = $1.10 per mile.

Note: Payment is based on effective miles. Miles traveled are calculated using the lowest mileage displayed by Mediroutes.

Nuestro excelente equipo de choferes provee diariamente un servicio cómodo y seguro dedicado al transporte de miembros de seguros médicos, que asisten desde sus casas a sus citas médicas y viceversa.

Requisitos:

• Vehículo de 4 puertas (SEDAN o SUV).
• Licencia de conducir del Estado de Florida.
• Seguro Full Cover Comercial.
• Registración del vehículo vigente.
• Motor Vehicle Record y Background Check limpios.
• Certificación en CPR and First Aid, Defensive Driving y Passenger Assistance (Se puede obtener durante el proceso de aplicación).
• 10 Panel Drug Test NEGATIVO.
• Certificado de Examen Médico Aprobado (DOT).

Durante el proceso de aplicación la empresa proveerá al chofer los siguientes documentos: Background Check, Motor Vehicle Record, Drug Test y Medical Screening Certification (DOT).

Tarifas de pago:

• Viajes de 0 – 3 millas (incluyendo no-shows) = $8
• Viajes de 4 – 7 millas = $10
• Viajes de 8 – 10 millas = $12
• Viajes de 11 o más millas = $1.10 por milla.

Nota: El pago está basado en millas efectivas. Las millas recorridas se calculan utilizando la menor distancia en millas mostrada por Mediroutes.
