Non-Emergency Medical Driver (Passengers)

We are seeking a candidate for a medical transportation driver. The right candidate will strive to provide excellent service to our clients while driving them to and from medical appointments in a company provided wheelchair/stretcher van. It is a plus but not required if you have and can use your own vehicle when transporting passengers not in a wheelchair or stretcher. Your vehicle should be in good condition and 2017 or newer. This position is Monday-Saturday, most nights and weekends off. Must be able to transfer passengers from a bed to a stretcher.

We are a leading non-emergency medical transportation company serving the North Florida area, dedicated to ensuring the safe and comfortable transport of those requiring a little extra care.

No Experience Required. On the job training and Certifications Provided. This position requires you travel to pick up passengers in Bay, Walton, Holmes, Washington, Calhoun and on occasion Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, and Escambia counties.

Duties Indlude:

-Safely transporting passengers to and from medical facilities and home addresses.

-Assisting passengers in and out of the vehicle including handling and securing walkers, canes, and other mobility devices.

-Keeping detailed records of trips and ensuring timely arrivals while maintaining a clean vehicle.

- Learn and understand company policies and procedures

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

- Collaborate with management to achieve company goals

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

- Have 2015 or newer vehicle in good working order and in good condition.
- Previous experience in RideShare, customer service, bus or commercial driving is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Florida Drivers License and minimum age of 25 is required by our insurance
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in computer skills
