Job Description

• Safely transport wheelchair and stretcher-bound clients to and from medical appointments
• Assist clients with entering and exiting vehicles
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep vehicles clean and ready
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and maintain professional service at all times

Requirements

• 1 year of NEMT driving experience (Required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean 7-year MVR (no major violations)
• No moving violations in the last 3 years
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Able to safely lift and assist clients

Preferred: CPR/BLS certification, customer service or caregiving experience
