Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Transport Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to various destinations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism in all interactions.

Duties

• Operate various types of vehicles, including vans, shuttles, and limousines, ensuring safe and timely transport of passengers.
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle by performing regular inspections and necessary maintenance.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during transport.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Manage schedules effectively to ensure timely arrivals at designated locations.
• Perform heavy lifting as required when loading or unloading luggage or equipment.
• Good driving record and able to pass urine drug and background check prior to employment

Experience

• Previous experience in paratransit, school bus driving, limousine, or shuttle driving is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with passengers of all ages.
• Experience in maintaining vehicles and performing basic troubleshooting is beneficial.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks as needed.
