Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver

Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to medical and non-medical appointments using company vehicles
• Assist with wheelchair and stretcher transports
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and facility staff
• Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
• Follow assigned schedules and routes using company-provided smartphone

Requirements

• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Strong communication skills in English
• Clean driving record (no more than one offense in the past 3 years)
• Ability to pass:
• Pre-employment drug screening
• 10-year background check
• Comfortable using smartphones (Google Maps/navigation apps)
• Physically capable of:
• Pushing, pulling, bending, and kneeling
• Prior experience in transportation, caregiving, or customer service is a plus

Ideal Candidates

• Former or current Uber/Lyft drivers
• Individuals with caregiving, EMT, or healthcare support experience
• Those who enjoy working independently while helping others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
