We’re hiring safety-conscious, reliable drivers to ensure our community members travel with dignity, comfort, and care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide safe and timely transportation to and from medical appointments and essential destinations
• Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles
• Use dispatching software, GPS, and mobile apps to follow schedules and report trip data
• Maintain clear, professional communication with dispatch, clients, and caregivers
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Protect client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 23+ years old
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable, registered four-door vehicle
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and trip updates
• Able to pass Various screenings and checks
• Previous driving, caregiving, or delivery experience is a plus — but not required
