Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver * (Wheelchair Van)

Somos una empresa dedicada al transporte de pacientes desde sus casas a sus citas médicas y viceversa.

Contamos con nuestra propia Wheelchair Van y buscamos choferes que quieran unirse a nuestro equipo.

Expectativas del Empleo:

• Aplicar procedimientos de seguridad al subir al pasajero al vehículo, así como apoyo o asistencia física al salir del vehículo mediante un elevador o rampa para sillas de ruedas.
• Mantener el vehículo en condiciones operativas seguras y eficientes, incluido el mantenimiento para la transportación adecuada; incluyendo, revisión de componentes, revisión de neumáticos, revisión de aceite.
• Realizar reportes diarios detallados con la información de los viajes realizados el mismo día y enviarlos a Disma Transportation LLC.
• Mantener al tanto a Disma Transportation LLC de cualquier inconveniente con respecto al funcionamiento de la Wheelchair Van y proveer pruebas en caso de ser requeridas. Los costos de mantenimiento, reparaciones y problemas relacionados al componente mecánico, serán cubiertos por la empresa, mientras que los costos por limpieza del vehículo y gasolina deben ser cubiertos por el chofer.
• Trabajar durante un horario de 8 a 10 horas al día con personas que requieran servicios de viajes ambulatorios y en silla de ruedas.
• Disponibilidad de lunes a sábado según horarios requeridos por la empresa.

Requerimientos:

1) Dispuesto a realizar entrenamiento presencial para manejar la Van debidamente.

2) Debe ser mayor de 26 años de edad.

2) Licencia valida y vigente del estado de Florida.

3) Background Check limpio. El aplicante no puede tener ningún tipo de antecedente criminal.

4) Motor Vehicle Record limpio. El aplicante no puede tener suspensiones de licencia o accidentes en su record, y el número de multas o infracciones debe ser menor o igual a dos.

5) Certificación en CPR and First Aid, Defensive Driving, Passenger Assistance, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, HIPAA y Pass Bassic Wheelchair.

6) 10 Panel Drug Test con resultado “Negativo”.

7) DOT (Examen Físico) aprobado por un médico.

8) Debe tener buen manejo del idioma ingles y ser capaz de mantener conversaciones.

9) Curriculum Vitae.

DISCLAIMER:

La empresa proveerá al conductor la inversión económica de los siguientes documentos necesarios: Background Check, Motor Vehicle Record, DOT y 10 Panel Drug Test.

Los cursos respectivos (CPR and First Aid, Defensive Driving, PASS, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, HIPAA y Pass Bassic Wheelchair) quedan a responsabilidad del chofer y deben ser enviados durante el proceso de aplicación.

El vehículo cuenta con cámaras de seguridad y Sistema de rastreo GPS para asegurar una transportación segura en todo momento.

El pago se realiza de la siguiente manera:

Salario: 15,00$ por Hora / Importe Máximo al día: $150,00

We are a company dedicated to transporting patients from their homes to their medical appointments and vice versa.

We have our own Wheelchair Van and are looking for drivers who want to join our team.

Job Expectations:

• Apply safety procedures when loading the passenger into the vehicle, as well as support or physical assistance when exiting the vehicle using a lift or ramp for wheelchairs.
• Maintain the vehicle in safe and efficient operating condition, including maintenance for proper transportation; including, component check, tire check, oil check.
• Prepare detailed daily reports with information on trips made the same day and send them to Disma Transportation LLC.
• Keep Disma Transportation LLC aware of any inconvenience regarding the operation of the Wheelchair Van and provide proof if required. The costs of maintenance, repairs and problems related to the mechanical component will be covered by the company, while the costs for gas and cleaning the vehicle must be covered by the driver.
• Work 8 to 10 hours a day with people who require ambulatory and wheelchair travel services.
• Availability from Monday to Saturday according to schedules required by the company.

Requirements:

1) Willing to do in-person training to drive the Van properly.

2) Must be over 26 years of age.

2) Valid and current license from the state of Florida.

3) Clean Background Check. The applicant cannot have any type of criminal record.

4) Clean Motor Vehicle Record. The applicant cannot have license suspensions or accidents on their record, and the number of fines or violations must be less than or equal to two.

5) Certification in CPR and First Aid, Defensive Driving, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, HIPAA, Passenger Assistance and Pass Bassic Wheelchair.

6) 10 Panel Drug Test with result “Negative”.

7) DOT (Physical Examination) approved by a doctor.

8) Must be ableto communicate in English and maintain conversations.

DISCLAIMER:

The company will provide the driver with the financial investment of the following necessary documents: Background Check, Motor Vehicle Record, DOT and 10 Panel Drug Test.

The respective courses (CPR and First Aid, Defensive Driving, PASS, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, HIPAA and Pass Bassic Wheelchair) are the responsibility of the driver and must be submitted during the application process.

The vehicle is equipped with security cameras and a GPS tracking system to ensure safe transportation at all times.

Payment is made as follows:

Salary: From $15,00 per Hour / Maximum amount per day $150,00.
