Position Overview

We are looking for responsible and courteous Medical Transport Drivers to join our growing team. As a driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients get to and from their medical appointments safely and on time, with a high level of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport patients to medical appointments.
• Assist passengers in and out of vehicles when necessary (including wheelchair-secured transport if trained/certified).
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to schedule.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips and mileage.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients, dispatch, and healthcare facilities.
• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained; report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of professional driving experience preferred.
• Strong sense of punctuality and customer service.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to lift and assist passengers with mobility limitations.
• Familiarity with GPS and local routes is a plus.
• Must be reliable, patient, and compassionate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical transport or working with seniors or persons with disabilities.
• Valid Passenger Endorsement or CDL (if applicable).
• Bilingual abilities a plus (Spanish or ASL).
