Job Summary

Duties
- Safely operate shuttle buses, paratransit vehicles, or other commercial transportation vehicles to transport clients to scheduled appointments and destinations
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing excellent customer service with patience and respect
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with all regulations
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, clients, and healthcare providers to coordinate pickups and drop-offs efficiently
- Handle heavy lifting when assisting passengers with mobility devices or luggage, ensuring safety for all involved
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and passenger details in accordance with company policies
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company procedures to ensure a secure transportation environment
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, limousine service, or as a delivery driver is highly preferred
- Candidates must maintain a clean driving history, with no recorded traffic citation within the last three years.
- Proven experience in commercial driving or paratransit services; familiarity with heavy lifting and assisting mobility-impaired passengers is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to perform routine inspections and minor repairs when necessary
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional customer service in every trip
- Prior experience in PERSON driver roles is advantageous but not required

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
