As a key member of our transportation team, you will operate various types of vehicles, including ambulatory and wheelchair assessable vans demonstrating excellent driving skills and customer service. Your dedication will help foster trust and comfort for our clients while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of vehicles such as ambulatory and wheelchair vans to transport clients to medical appointments, grocery store, or other destinations.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing courteous support especially for those with mobility challenges.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and passenger information in compliance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate schedules and address any concerns during transit.
• Ensure adherence to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times during driving duties.
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment, addressing passenger needs professionally, and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
• Ability to perform light lifting when assisting passengers or handling equipment safely.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to identify potential issues before they become safety concerns.
• Pass all trainings
• Background Checks (criminal, sex offender and motor vehicle report)
• Drug Test
