Job Description:
Crespo’s Medical Transportation is seeking experienced and reliable drivers to join our growing team. We specialize in safe, compassionate, and dependable non-emergency medical transportation services for our community.

Drivers will be responsible for transporting clients to and from medical appointments, facilities, and personal errands while ensuring comfort, safety, and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport clients to and from appointments
• Assist passengers with mobility needs, including wheelchair, stretcher, and ambulatory clients
• Operate wheelchair lifts and secure mobility devices properly
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a compassionate attitude
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members

Requirements:

• MUST have prior experience in non-emergency medical transportation (wheelchair, stretcher, and ambulatory transport)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely assist and handle patients with mobility challenges
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with medical transport equipment (stair chair, stretcher, wheelchair lift)
