Independent Contractor Opportunity: NEMT Specialist (Paratransit)

This is more than just a driving job; it is a contract opportunity designed for motivated individuals with experience in Paratransit or Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT).

The Opportunity

As a Contract Route Operator, you will provide vital door-to-door transportation for individuals with disabilities, ensuring they reach their medical appointments and essential destinations safely and with dignity.

• Onboarding assistance : We reimburse all onboarding expenses upon successful contract signing/ onboarding. Financial assistance for upfront costs is available for qualified candidates. (Please note reimbursement is only for contractors who are successfully on boarded. No reimbursement will be given to contractors who do not meet the requirements for whatever reasons and will have to bear the cost)

Contractor Requirements

To maintain our high standard of care and compliance, all partners must meet the following criteria:

• Clean Record: Must pass a comprehensive background check and possess a clean driving history.
• DOT: Ability to pass a DOT physical and a DOT drug screen (Required).
• Experience: Proven track record in professional driving, paratransit, or high-level customer service.
• Licensing: Valid Texas Driver’s License and age 23+
• Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and a "patient-first" mindset.

Flexible Scheduling

We offer various route blocks to fit your lifestyle:

• Full-Time & Part-Time availability.
• Morning (AM) and Afternoon (PM)
• On-call opportunities for maximum flexibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
