Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Drivers to join our team. Drivers will play a crucial role in transportation operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of patients. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with various types of vehicles and equipment, and heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Transferring patients from vehicles.
• Ensure the safe handling during transit.
• Maintain clear communication with the team regarding route changes, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety compliance.
• Help in navigating routes efficiently to meet delivery timelines.
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pickups.

Qualifications

• Experience with costumer service is preferred.
• MUST HAVE 5+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions and from the team.
• Ability to adapt to unexpected changes during shift.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed for transportation schedules.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on specific duties assigned.
• Have a understanding and compassion for people with disabilities or sick.
• CPR Certified if not, will to do and get all required certifications
• Willingness to comply with all the intensive training required.
