Duties

• Safely operate your own vehicle to transport patients and clients.
• Assist passengers with mobility needs, including lifting and securement of walkers or other compact mobility devices.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of your vehicle to ensure safety and reliability.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and ensure comfort during transit.
• Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies to ensure secure transportation at all times.
• Complete trip documentation accurately using our web based app, including logs of pickups, drop-offs, and vehicle inspections.
• Conduct routine basic vehicle checks and report maintenance issues promptly to keep your vehicle in optimal condition.

Experience

• Prior ride share, shuttle driving or delivery driver experience preferred; familiarity with NEMT services is a plus.
• Accident free driving experience with a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in paratransit or school bus driving enhances your ability to handle diverse passenger needs.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening and no criminal history on your background report.

Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per day
