We are seeking a motivated and dependable Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle buses, limousines, or other commercial vehicles to transport patients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, or other destinations.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle, including routine inspections and reporting any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare facilities, and dispatchers to coordinate schedules and address any concerns.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure secure transportation.
• Handle heavy lifting when assisting passengers with mobility devices or luggage, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger details as required for compliance and reporting purposes.

Experience

• Previous shuttle driving or delivery driver experience preferred; familiarity with paratransit or school bus driving is a plus.
• Proven track record in commercial driving, bus driving, or limousine services demonstrating safe driving practices.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with diverse passengers and team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and conduct basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., <PERSON> driver license) with a clean driving record.
