Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle buses, Vans, or Ambulances to transport clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other non-emergency destinations
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing courteous and respectful customer service at all times
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met and vehicles are in optimal condition
• Manage scheduling and route adherence efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and any route adjustments
• Handle heavy lifting when assisting passengers with mobility devices or luggage while prioritizing safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage logs, and vehicle maintenance activities

Experience

• Proven shuttle driving or delivery driver experience with a strong track record of safe driving practices
• Experience operating buses, limousines, or other commercial vehicles such as <PERSON> drivers or heavy-duty vehicles
• Familiarity with paratransit services or school bus driving is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and team members
• Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and basic repairs as needed
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for commercial driving
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks comfortably and safely

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
