This is more than just a driving job — you’ll provide safe, comfortable transportation for seniors to medical appointments, dialysis, rehabilitation visits, outings, airports, and community events while delivering exceptional customer service and care.

What You’ll Do
- Safely transport residents using company vehicles
- Assist passengers entering and exiting vehicles
- Secure wheelchairs and seatbelts properly
- Operate wheelchair lifts and ramps safely
- Use smartphones/GPS technology to communicate schedules and trip updates
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily vehicle inspections
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents and families
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable assisting seniors and individuals with mobility needs
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
Qualifications
- Must be 25 years or older (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- No moving violations or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and random drug testing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist wheelchair passengers safely
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray required
