What we are looking for: Full time workers with (opportunities to get overtime) working Monday to Friday and sometimes weekends. MUST HAVE A FLEXIABLE SCHEDULE. Every day your start time might vary depending on the runs, having a flexiable schedule is a must.

Duties

• Safely operate vans to transport patients to medical appointments, hospitals, and other destinations.
• Able to use and navigate GPS
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Able to safety strap down wheelchairs/stretcher per protocol
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and fueled, conducting routine inspections and minor maintenance checks.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to guarantee passenger safety at all times.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and passengers to coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition reports to ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with bus driving is highly preferred.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or commercial driver; familiarity with paratransit or school bus driving is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers or handling equipment safely.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to identify issues early and ensure vehicle safety standards are met.
• Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate approach towards clients requiring special assistance.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
