Responsibilities<ul><li>Pick up clients from residences and transport them to medical appointments</li><li>Assist passengers safely entering and exiting the vehicle</li><li>Secure wheelchairs and mobility equipment when required</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned vehicle</li><li>Communicate with dispatch and follow assigned schedules</li><li>Provide courteous, respectful, and reliable service at all times</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Current Driver's License</li><li>Drug Test</li><li>Defensive Driver Certificate</li><li>Fraud, Waste &amp; Abuse Certificate (Yearly)</li><li>HIPAA Certificate</li><li>National/County Background Check 7 year (Screened within the last 90 days &amp; updated annually) or ACHA Level II &amp; Affidavit</li><li>Motor Vehicle Report 7 year (MVR - Screened within the last 90 days &amp; updated annually)</li></ul>Pay: $16.66 - $20.00 per hourShift:<ul><li>Morning shift</li></ul>Work Days:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Work Location: In person
