Duties

• Safely operate vans to transport clients to medical facilities, pharmacies, and other destinations.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and passenger details in compliance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, healthcare staff, and passengers to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during all driving activities.
• Handle heavy lifting when necessary to assist passengers or load/unload mobility .

Skills

• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with diverse passengers and team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while assisting passengers or handling equipment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to identify issues early and ensure vehicle reliability.
