Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver – Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable, professional drivers to join our transportation team serving Rockland County and surrounding areas. This role provides essential non-emergency medical transportation for clients attending medical appointments, dialysis, adult day programs, and other critical outings.

This is a full-time, year-round position with consistent weekly routes and overtime availability, designed for drivers who want stable income and reliable scheduling.

• 7:00 am

What You Can Expect

• Average Weekly Earnings: $700 – $1,050+
• Full-time schedule with consistent assigned routes
• Overtime opportunities available weekly
• Company-provided vehicle (no personal vehicle use required)
• Stable, essential service work (non-seasonal demand)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from scheduled destinations
• Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle when needed
• Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and professionalism at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle at all times
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and dispatch instructions
• Provide respectful, professional customer service at all times
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts
• Navigate efficiently using GPS or maps to reach destinations promptly

Requirements

• Valid NY State Class E Driver License
• Clean driving record
• Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs
• Strong punctuality and reliability
• Professional communication skills

Required Certification

• CTAA PASS certification (required)
• Candidates without certification may be considered for onboarding assistance or reimbursement after hire, based on eligibility.

Preferred Experience

• NEMT, paratransit, taxi, limo, bus, or delivery driving experience
• CPR / First Aid certification

Schedule

• Full-time (approximately 50 hours per week)
• Early morning and daytime shifts
• Multiple start times depending on route assignment
