Non-Emergency Transport Driver (Part-Time, Personal Vehicle Required)

Compensation: $16/hour + per-trip incentives

Position Overview

LE Transit Corporation is actively hiring part-time drivers to support our growing transportation operations across the Atlanta metro area. This role involves using your personal vehicle to provide scheduled transportation for clients traveling to medical appointments and essential services.

We are looking for individuals who are dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a service-based environment where timeliness and customer care are key.

Work Availability

• Must be available during daytime hours (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Required to commit to at least 4 continuous hours per shift
• Additional hours may become available based on demand and performance

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for clients to scheduled destinations
• Follow assigned routes and maintain consistent communication with dispatch
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional vehicle environment
• Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Comply with all company guidelines and traffic regulations

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle for work use
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving history
• Current auto insurance and vehicle registration
• Strong punctuality and reliability
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned trips

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in transportation, rideshare, delivery, or customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with the Atlanta area is a plus

Pay & Growth Opportunities

• Hourly pay starting at $16/hour
• Additional earnings per completed trip ($2–$5)
