Non-Emergency Transport Driver Part Time Weekend

Quest Transportation is looking to expand our team of drivers in the Ft Smith Arkansas area. We are searching for dependable and professional leaders that will take pride in transporting our clients. This is a PART TIME WEEKEND position. This position will also require on call availability. You MUST be able to work assigned schedule as we are a schedule driven company that our clients depend on. You must be reliable in order to work for Quest. You must be able to push and pull up to 250 lbs. Several Shifts Available. This is a schedule driven position so applicant must be dependable to work the assigned schedule to provide service to our customers.

We are looking for individuals with open availability and are committed to delivering quality and proficient work. Experience is a plus but not required! CNA License is a plus.

Please Note:
This is a Safety-Sensitive position in regards to a medical marijuana card. A Negative Drug Screen is REQUIRED, Criminal background check with No Felonies , and an MVR check will be performed. As a full-time employee, after 90 days you will receive benefits that include paid holiday. This position will also require rotating weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments and facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients with boarding and disembarking.
• Utilize shuttle driving skills to navigate various routes efficiently.
• Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers during transportation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and medical staff to coordinate pick-up and drop-off times.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle to ensure safe operation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience in customer service roles
• Previous shuttle driving or delivery driver experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects as needed
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients
• Commercial driving experience or willingness to obtain necessary certifications

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
