Non-Emergency Transportation Driver

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Arizona Driver’s License
• Age 25–60 (required for insurance purposes)
• Clean Driving Record (past 5 years)
• Available Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Able to pass a drug test upon hire and randomly thereafter
• Note: Medical marijuana cards are not permitted
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, or the ability to obtain one

Skills & Abilities:

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Able to drive in all weather and road conditions
• Familiar with Phoenix and surrounding areas
• Proficient in GPS usage and navigation
• Good communication skills
• Own a smartphone

Good to have but not required:

• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Defensive Driving Certification
