- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage all aspects of the hiring process, from initial sourcing to candidate onboarding and offer extension.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels, including job boards (LinkedIn, Monster, Naukri), social media, networking sites, and industry-specific platforms, to find and attract passive and active candidates.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand departmental needs, and set qualification criteria for candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for non-technical roles.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports to track hiring goals and recruitment progress.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms of employment, and facilitate the final stages of the hiring process.
- Common Non-IT Fields Non-IT recruiters hire for roles in a wide range of departments, including: sales, marketing, finance, operations, customer service, human resources, and administration.
- Key Skills and Tools Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with candidates and hiring teams.
