Job Description

SLN Powerso is looking for a Non-IT Recruiter specializing in EPC project hiring. The recruiter will focus on sourcing and hiring Electrical Engineers, MEP Engineers, Business Development Managers (BDMs), AutoCAD Designers, Procurement Executives, and Planning Engineers. This role requires strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and project-based recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for EPC project roles (Electrical, MEP, BDM, AutoCAD, Procurement, Planning).

• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, and referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming EPC projects.

• Ensure timely closure of positions and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in engineering / EPC recruitment.

• Familiarity with Electrical & MEP engineering roles, procurement, planning, and project management hiring.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
