Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for roles such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Admin, Manufacturing, Retail, etc., and ensure timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements from hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates for feedback and offer acceptance
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
• Handle salary negotiations and offer roll-out
• Ensure smooth onboarding process
• Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Non-IT recruitment process
• Experience working with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle bulk hiring
• Good negotiation skills
• MS Excel and basic reporting knowledge

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
