Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Associate – HR to manage end-to-end recruitment (Tech & Non-Tech) along with supporting core HR operations, employee experience, and process governance. The role requires someone hands-on, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end hiring for Tech & Non-Tech roles
- Drive bulk hiring and ensure timely closures
- Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the process
- Coordinate with stakeholders for approvals and interview scheduling
HR Operations & MIS
- Prepare and manage HR MIS, dashboards, and recruitment reports
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with SOPs
- Track offer rollouts, onboarding status, and joining formalities
Employee Experience & Governance
- Support engagement initiatives for business teams
- Ensure policy adherence and process standardization
- Act as a coordination SPOC between business and HR
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of HR experience with strong exposure to bulk hiring
- Experience in both startup and structured corporate setups preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Good command over HR MIS, Excel, and reporting tools
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
