We are looking for a motivated Legal Fresher to support non-litigation legal work. The role involves handling documentation, coordination with government authorities, follow-ups with stakeholders, and staying updated on applicable laws and regulations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Visit police stations for FIR filing, follow-ups, and related procedures
Coordinate with police officials and obtain required acknowledgements and updates
Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents, notices, affidavits, and records
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all legal matters
Maintain physical and digital legal files
Coordinate with Income Tax Department and other government authorities for submissions and follow-ups
Assist in responding to notices, queries, and compliance-related matters
Follow up with internal departments, consultants, advocates, and external stakeholders
Track status of legal matters and ensure timely updates to management
Stay updated on latest laws, amendments, rules, and government notifications
Assist in preparing brief notes or summaries of legal changes impacting the organization
Prepare status reports on legal cases and compliance matters
Support senior legal team in day-to-day non-litigation activities
Eligibility & Skills Required
Qualification: LLB (Fresher)
Basic understanding of Indian laws and legal procedures
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to visit government offices and police stations
Basic drafting and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication
