Job Title: Associate – Non-Litigation (Banking, NBFCs & Corporate)
Location: Fort, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 6 years in law firm

About the Role:
We are looking for an Associate with around minimum 6 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, and Corporate law. The role requires strong drafting, compliance, and advisory skills with the ability to manage clients and transactions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting & vetting financial, corporate, and commercial agreements.
• Advisory on NBFC matters including RBI compliance, co-lending, digital lending, IT service agreements, and SOPs.
• Providing legal opinions and structuring banking & finance transactions.
• Drafting policies, legal notices, and compliance-related documents.
• Conducting due diligence and preparing reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
• 6 years of relevant experience in non-litigation advisory.
• Strong expertise in NBFCs, corporate law
• Excellent drafting, research, and client advisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using all Microsoft Office tools.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
