Job Title: Associate – Non-Litigation (IP, Pharma, Data Protection & Media)
Location: Fort, Mumbai
Experience: 4-5 years

About the Role:
We are looking for an Associate with around 4 years of experience in Intellectual Property, Pharma laws, Data Protection, and Media advisory. The candidate should have strong domain knowledge and the ability to assist clients across industries, including technology, entertainment, and pharma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling IP matters – filings, oppositions, licensing, and drafting IP-driven contracts.
• Advisory on pharma sector regulations and compliance issues.
• Advising clients on DPDP Act compliance, data privacy frameworks, and drafting policies.
• Drafting and vetting agreements in media, technology, and content licensing.
• Providing regulatory support for media & entertainment transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in IP, Pharma, Data Protection & Media advisory.
• Excellent drafting, research, and client advisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using all Microsoft Office tools.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
