Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to lead the setup and operational management of a non-profit organization. This role involves coordinating various aspects of establishing the non-profit, including compliance, program development, and community engagement. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the foundational structure for the non-profit, including legal registration and compliance with local regulations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to establish mission goals, programs, and community outreach strategies
- Oversee facility setup, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly installed and operational
- Manage materials handling, fabrication processes, and assembly line setups necessary for program activities
- Supervise the installation and calibration of CNC programming, CAD designs, CAM programming, and other technical systems
- Ensure quality control standards are met through inspection with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Oversee safety protocols including proper use of forklifts, welding equipment, press brake machines, stamping presses, CNC lathes, milling machines, and other factory tools
- Coordinate packaging, materials handling, and fabrication activities within the manufacturing facility
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes using blueprint reading skills and GD&T standards
- Lead training sessions on tooling use, machining techniques, assembly procedures, welding practices, and the operation of CNC machinery
- Manage inventory of hand tools and factory equipment while ensuring proper maintenance and safety compliance
Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with hands-on knowledge of CNC programming (including CNC milling machines and CNC lathes), CAD design (SolidWorks preferred), and fabrication techniques
- Strong background in mechanical knowledge related to factory operations including stamping presses, press brake machines, welding, and materials handling
- Familiarity with quality control procedures utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Prior experience working in warehouse or factory settings with assembly line operations and packaging processes
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints accurately and apply GD&T standards in manufacturing or fabrication projects
- Experience with tooling setup, mechanical assembly, welding techniques, and factory safety protocols is highly desirable
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations relevant to manufacturing tasks

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
