Position Summary
The Donor Engagement Coordinator will drive donor cultivation and stewardship. This role will create engaging campaigns across social media, email, and print, while helping to manage donor communications, acknowledgments, and acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling digital and print content that highlights mission impact for donors and the community.
- Manage the donor communications calendar to ensure timely thank-you notes, impact reports, and stewardship touches are sent.
- Support donor acquisition campaigns by preparing appeal materials, newsletters, and online campaigns.
- Build and maintain donor lists.
- Track engagement metrics and donor response rates to provide valuable insights for improvement.
- Assist in developing campaign strategies to reach new donors.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in communications, fundraising support, or marketing.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with an eye for donor-centered messaging.
- Experience with donor databases (e.g., Salesforce, Bloomerang, or similar) is preferred.
- Strong digital skills: social media management, email marketing, and basic design tools.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
